At the turn of the millennium, billions were poured into the dot-com bubble. When the pioneer companies collapsed and ruined their investors, they left behind hundreds of miles of fiber-optic cable and data centers, on which truly successful companies later rose: streaming and video services, search engines, and social networks.
AI is overheated. I wonder who could pick up this wild computing capacity if a hard repricing of this bubble's potential happens?

We'll be spending a lot more time trying to understand the outputs of language models. A few thoughts, tips & tricks:
Writing. Something I've had success with: Ask your LLM to explain something in ASD-STE100, it's a controlled language specification originally developed for aerospace maintenance documentation. LLMs well-versed in this language and it comes with heavy constraints on clean writing style that I often find a lot more readable. Sometimes I've tried to soften it a bit e.g. ask for "80% of the way to ASD-STE100" because the spec is quite stringent. But even better:
Diagrams / images. Instead of writing, ask your LLM to create a diagram. These can be a lot easier to process, parse, and understand. But even better:
Web pages. Ask for output "in HTML" to get a beautiful, interactive webpage. LLMs are getting really good at frontend and can create beautiful experiences, animations, etc. But even better:
Explainer videos. The output format I am most bullish on is fully custom / bespoke explainer videos generated on any arbitrary topic. Experiment with things like "Create a 3b1b style video explainer on X. Use my ElevenLabs API key for audio narration". (you'd need an API key for the latter or you can ask your LLM to find you decent free alternatives that use your local compute). This is actually starting to work!
In summary:
- As LLMs get better, they will do more and more of the legwork autonomously, and a lot more of our work will rise up the abstractions into oversight and understanding.
- Luckily, LLMs can help here too because as intelligence and code are increasingly abundant, you can ask for large, custom, discardable software artifacts (e.g. web apps, video explainers) that would have never made sense to create before. Push the boundaries here and you'll be surprised.
The flood of AI-generated video has made me distrust almost everything I see online.
But if this clip is authentic, hats off to Alec Baldwin. That’s real talent👏👏👏
And it brings me back to AI.
I don’t think we’ll ever feel the same kind of awe watching a machine display skill or creativity as we do watching another human do something extraordinary.
We’re not made of the same stuff.
When you see human talent, somewhere in the back of your mind there’s still this tiny thought:
“Maybe I could do that too.”
And somehow, that makes it even more impressive.
What happens when most trading gets handed over to AI agents?
Maybe in one year. Maybe two. Maybe five. But it feels inevitable.
People come to markets for the impulse. The move. The expectation that something is about to happen. That expectation creates hope and gives you a reason to stay in the game.
Volatility is basically life support for every meatbag sitting behind a computer.
Now look at the chart I attached and imagine those are daily candles with ATR at just 0.1% of price.
How many people could actually handle that for long?(probably only the die-hard Strangle crowd 🤓)
An AI agent is fast, cold-minded, and has the endurance of Juggernaut. Once they spread everywhere, they’ll keep crushing market inefficiencies until there’s barely anything left to exploit.
And crypto slowly turns into Nirvana.
Sure, things will still happen. News will break. Regulations will change. Capital will move.
But agents will process the consequences and reprice the asset so fast that a human won’t even have time to react.
It’ll feel like nervously waiting for the market to open, except the “open” can happen at any random millisecond.
Forex traders probably know that feeling better than anyone.
The market of the future may not be a casino.
It may be a swamp.
And humans will find it brutally hard to sit there day after day, trying to guess the direction of that long-awaited impulse...
an impulse that may never come

Store your private key in Telegram Saved Messages ⁉️
Tie that Telegram account to a phone number you stopped using years ago🤡
Forget about it and lose the phone🤮
And still proudly repeat: “Not your keys, not your coins.”🤬🤬🤬
Some people aren’t practicing self-custody. They’re practicing self-sabotage.
Honestly, more crypto is probably lost to bad self-custody than would ever be lost if more people used wallets with secure Google or Apple account recovery.
Self-custody is powerful… Human stupidity and overconfidence are the ultimate multisig
Don’t put this off. Do it today… actually, do it right now!

Creative people are often terrible at business.
Sometimes I just want to yell: sell the exclusive rights for serious money, take the check, and go create the next thing.
Let the pragmatic people build something durable and successful around what you made.
What’s happening with $NOBODY isn’t new. We’ve seen this movie before with $COOL (@CoolmanUniverse by @coolcoffeedan), Robotos (@robotosNFT by @pablostanley), and plenty of others.
Same moves: broken expectations, broken agreements, broken projects.
Without an airtight contract, doing business with highly creative people can be a nightmare.
Convince me I’m wrong.
Ok. Enough is enough.
This narrative is completely and objectively false.
We tried to stay above this and do what's best for the community, but this entire year Kael has been looking for any excuse to abandon the token he wanted to badly.
Before I start: Kael is clearly a bad actor. He's made this abundantly clear in his last message.
Where does this start?
Kael, the creator of Nobody Sausage came to us to launch a token. We helped facilitate this. We put the right partners in front of him and did as we were told by him. And yes, in this regard he did sign documents, so the token has every right to operate.
Token launched. Then he needed help to run treasury, community and even content.
For this more involved work we said OK on a hand-shake, but under the premise that we'd have a longer term relationship between HEEBOO and Nobody Sausage.
This was a strategic choice for us. We have a great web3 brand, maybe if we help out this big web2 brand we can all win, right?
Obviously, this is our regrettable mistake: not signing something.
So what happens next?
We accrue hundreds of hours of creative time from our team to help out his brand.
We set up multiple deals to push the brand in web3, culminating in having Nobody Sausage on Netflix in the biggest boxing fight of the year.
That felt like a good time to get a proper deal in place, token was approaching $100m mkt cap, tons of deals lined up, everyone is happy. We've done a good job over more than 6 months and invested a great deal to make that happen.
Kael has done nothing but praise us and participate along the whole journey at this point. Of course, we are met with No. Not once or twice, but over months, No No No. No deal.
You'd think at this point we'd call it quits.
But we didn't because we didn't want to leave the community hanging.
And, Kael had tactfully deceived us into putting our reputation behind his brand in web3 in order to hold us hostage. And we were hostages indeed.
So we worked out that we would continue getting deals in place for the token, on a deal by deal basis where hed sign off on each.
At this point most of the money we've spent on this is not contracted, it was an investment we made, however we directly spent ~$500k not from treasury, not from token allocations, not from any of that, all of that has always gone directly towards the benefit of nobody sausage. We spent that money directly in US Dollar cash from our own balance sheet. Kael made a concerted effort to drag his feet on this repayment so that it never had to be made. We have the receipts. This is, in fact, the ONLY legal document between the two parties (Kael, has your "lawyer" taken a look at this?)
Ok. So certainly now you'd expect us to call it quits? No.
We kept finding deals. Kael agreed and signed, then let us invest time and money, then killed them. The pattern continued...
First he did this with the LV Sphere. We spent months lining it up, doing all the creative work, he cancelled this the morning of the closing meeting itself.
Then, the one most people will know about, he did this with the blind boxes. But this time he dragged third-parties and the community directly into the mud.
He did not cancel this before it launched, not even a month after it launched, not before marketing dollars and the pre-sale event (which he partook in whole heartedly), no, he did not even cancel this after the first prototyping of the product, he cancelled after a dozen prototypes. Again, in a concerted effort where he clearly expressed he wasn't even looking at the prototypes, he just wanted to cancel it.
At this point things started bubbling over. Obviously we now had an issue that affected more than just us.
To this day, every single party involved in the blind boxes is prepared to produce, ship and deliver them, except Kael.
Keep note of this. If Kael says YES right now, everyone gets their blind boxes. He doesnt need to pay money, he doesnt need to lift a finger, he doesnt need to do anything at all, just say "go ahead". Instead, he'd rather mentally masturbate with his ChatGPT lawyer.
To make matters worse, he began selling his token allocation throughout this period. Yes, he has complete and full control over the creator wallet that holds (or held) 10% of the token.
He began ignoring us completely on all fronts, and we couldn't push anything through.
At this point we announced the divorce.
OH BUT HE SENT LEGAL LETTERS YOU SAY!?!
No. He didnt. He sent us some ChatGPT babble that made little to no sense. Its not even addressed to our company. How could it be? We have no agreements together EXCEPT for one: He owes us $500k.
What did his legal ChatGPT babble ask for? Here are some highlights:
-An invoice for every transaction in the liquidity pool.....
-To terminate a frozen smart contract for the token (!?)
-Not to give any airdrops of any tokens to any holders of the NOBODY token (Yes. Really.)
Those are only some of the highlights.
Our counter proposal has been always to
(1) bring him into the community on TG (this is a public channel that I believe everyone at this point has sent him an invite to)
(2) give him the keys to the treasury. There is still money in there that can be used for a number of things. (Yes, we ran the treasury because he didn't know how crypto wallets work, but yes we always followed his instructions on this, to the point that we didnt even take $500k owed to us from the very treasury wallets that could pay us back) Oh, and yes, he suddenly does know how to operate a crypto wallet when its time to sell his own allocation tho.
(3) work out the loose ends on the blind boxes.
Also, when all of this kicked off, we immediately were active in the community. We jumped in and offered explanation in that forum, we did not want to extend this publicly.
We gave an explanation, and I personally sent ALL of the relevant documents/conversations/invoices/wire transfer info to a community-elected representative. They've seen it, in confidence, and confirmed for that community that none of what I'm saying is bs.
It is clear today that Kael is a bad actor, trying to abandon this community, and we're doing everything we can not to let that happen. (And, fwiw, it did come to our attention much later in this journey that he had previously launched and abandoned a token. He said this was a hack of his account, but in retrospect, he takes his social account security very seriously, so that feels unlikely now knowing what we know.)
We've lost close to a million dollars on our pursuit of a proper deal with Nobody Sausage. We feel the pain.
We continue to work towards the best possible outcome for the community. We will let that million bucks burn, that's fine, but we want to push for a better outcome to deliver the blind boxes and transition the token to a working state.
Our very real lawyers are on the case.
After a few years of trading crypto and ending up roughly where I started, one simple idea finally clicked:
💡If an asset has no options market, I probably shouldn’t be trading it at all
Especially if I already know I’m bad at respecting SLs and TPs
While everyone is obsessed with integrating AI into everything, people are still the most valuable part of any company’s success.
Good to see Algorand understands that.
We're thrilled to announce William Herkelrath as Algorand's new CEO.
William brings two decades of experience across AI, enterprise software, institutional finance, and blockchain infrastructure.
Most recently, he co-founded K3 Labs, an AI-first automation platform for building and running AI agent-managed workflows, following leadership roles at Chainlink and Curv.
Another reminder: real $BTC exists only on the Bitcoin blockchain.
No wrapper, bridge, or synthetic version will ever be the same as native Bitcoin.
If you don’t control actual BTC on Bitcoin, you’re holding someone else’s promise 🤡
⚠️ ALERT: 22.65 BTC worth nearly $1.8 MILLION got frozen on Osmosis decentralized exchange after a Nomic nBTC double-spend EXPLOIT.
An attacker exploited Nomic’s nBTC bridge by creating a fraudulent nBTC that impacted Alloyed BTC on Osmosis.
39.84 nBTC, around 36% of Alloyed BTC’s backing, was affected.
Osmosis has HALTED deposits, withdrawals, minting and redemptions while the incident is contained.
Of note, both Osmosis and IBC protocols were NOT compromised.

A real alternative to YouTube is badly needed. Bilibili could win creators with access to China’s huge audience, better payouts, brand deals, and strong communities around anime, gaming, tech, and fandoms.
Competition would be good for everyone.
