my possibly crazy trait is that i dont find bob dylans songwriting to be particularly amazing ? i mean. its good, dont get me wrong. but not best living american songwriter good. perhaps im biased but paul simon is a much better song writer and i wouldnt say hes even the best

when twitter users write/make music/create art it’s free game for criticism. i think it’s hard for their mutuals to avoid the knee jerk reaction to defend their friend. obviously people can be rude on a personal level but legitimate criticism can’t be stifled to protect feelings
