Parents and Athletes, remember tomorrow is the free physical day at TOA. They are volunteering their services, so please say THANK YOU! Also, our Athletic Trainers have a big impact overall, this is a small snapshot of their importance in our schools.
Shout out to @StewartsCreekTV Live streamed all TMSSA basketball championship games, driving from SC to Rockvale to get one back on air, and kept all the tournament staff fed. None better! #OneTeam
Proud to have worked for 2 of these guys and call a couple others friends!

They’re back!!!! TOA free sports physicals are this Saturday. If you still need to get your physical for the 23-24 athletic year this is a great resource. ***Remember valid physical must be dated on or after April 15, 2023***

So grateful for the value RCS places on student athlete health!
#RCSSundayMessage: Ever wonder who those people are who help our student-athletes when they are injured or with medical emergencies? They are athletic trainers employed by RCS, and one recently was named best in TN. During National Athletic Trainer Month, we spotlight our ATs.
