So I looked into these allegations that Jensen had a romantic relationship with a Chinese spy and, ironically, the only actual proof we have that someone is whoring themselves out to spies in this story is the media - all the rest is unsubstantiated, just journalists repeating what anonymous US intelligence officials told them.
I'm not exaggerating, I actually read all the key articles on this:
1) New York Times on Oct 29, the initial "scoop": nytimes.com/2026/10/29/us/po…
Claim: Alice Huang is a Chinese intelligence asset funneling information to Beijing.
"Proof": they were told so by "people briefed on the surveillance, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the findings are drawn from classified intelligence..." That’s it. The Times even admits it couldn’t determine which agency monitored her, what she passed along, or its value to China. In other words, they didn't verify the spy claim whatsoever.
2) Wall Street Journal on Oct 30: wsj.com/tech/chinese-executi…
Claim: The US, Singapore and Taiwan suspect Alice Huang is a Chinese intelligence source, with Singapore and Taiwan even putting physical surveillance teams on her.
"Proof": "people familiar with the matter said." That’s it. And the story actually fell apart within a day since Singapore’s Home Affairs ministry went on the record with a public rebuke of the WSJ article (mha.gov.sg/media-room/newsro…) stating that "neither the Singapore Government nor its officials said this," and that "there were no such investigations conducted in respect of Alice Huang." Taiwan declined to comment. In other words, the only government they invoked that went on the record denied the claim publicly.
3) New York Times again on Nov 6, the "MSS recruit" story: nytimes.com/2026/11/06/us/po…
Claim: Alice Huang was recruited by China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS) specifically to collect intelligence on Jensen.
"Proof": "according to people briefed on U.S. surveillance." That’s it. No new evidence, no document, no on-record source for the claim. Yet the headline states it as plain fact, without even an "allegedly."
4) The Financial Times, quoted below, on Nov 7 with the romance claim: ft.com/content/a55a2a22-4479…
Claim: A US government memo says Jensen had a romantic relationship with Alice Huang.
"Proof": "said people familiar with the memo." That’s it: anonymous people describing a memo the FT never saw, which itself describes intelligence nobody can check.

It's properly extraordinary when you think about it and you couldn't make it up: she’s accused of being an intelligence asset, yet the only people we can actually watch behaving as intelligence assets - and admitting so in writing (since they openly cite spies as their only source) - are Western journalists.
Things are so bad that we've forgotten what actual journalism is: real journalists - when anonymous intelligence officials tell them something - would treat it as a lead to investigate, not as a fact. They'd ask: why are they leaking this, why now, and who benefits? And, most importantly, they’d try to verify the claims independently before printing them - which is supposed to be journalism 101 and wasn't done here.
You'd think something would have been learned from the Iraq WMD story and the countless other examples of the press laundering intelligence claims into front-page "facts." Apparently not - and it’s even the same newspaper, the New York Times, leading the charge.
Now do every member of Congress
BREAKING: US officials believe Nvidia, $NVDA, CEO Jensen Huang had a "romantic relationship" with a Chinese spy from China’s main intelligence agency, per FT.
Details include:
1. US officials say Jensen Huang had been romantically involved with Alice Huang, an executive at Megaspeed
2. US intelligence shows that Alice Huang was recruited as a spy by China’s Ministry of State Security
3. Megaspeed has now come under US scrutiny for allegedly smuggling advanced Nvidia chips into China
It's unclear what the implications of this development will be.

Well said.
It breaks my heart is thinking of the countless millions of people who trusted Trump against advice, dealt with the ridicule, took the huge professional risk, gave of money and time, broke with friends and threw away careers, all because they hoped and believed that this man would serve the great cause. He never really appreciated what people did for him. And so he never felt like he owed them anything at all.

I would like to personally congratulate @SpeakerJohnson and @LeaderJohnThune for the Democrats' victory tonight.
They both spent 22 long months ignoring the will of the American people and slow-walking or obstructing @realDonaldTrump 's agenda.
Well done, men!
To all the Rs that thought it was a good idea to put Thune and Johnson in power, good job it worked.
This was facism against @douglassmackey yet the facism screamers never see it that way
This is what Biden's DOJ said about @douglassmackey, who ended up being acquitted, rightfully.
It was false about Mackey but it certainly is true about this scheme with Peltola.
Obama’s handy work
BREAKING: 🇵🇱 Coup d'état underway in Poland
Coup d'état underway in Poland after EU-aligned Prime Minister Donald Tusk sent police forces to the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw right after President Nawrocki left for Senegal for a diplomatic visit.
Nawrocki is currently headed back to Poland.
The President of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, Bogdan Swieczkowski, was suspended and possibly arrested. He is a known support of President Nawrocki.
Several right-wing Polish MPs and their supports are reportedly on their way to the Constitutional Tribunal to defend the institution from being taken over by Donald Tusk.
Warsaw's police forces are preventing the President of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski, members of the Sejm and protesters from entering the Constitutional Court.

The amount of obituaries I read here on this platform and the number of idiots on Wall Street never ceases to amaze me
Wall Street stared at the 12% Search number and screamed like the whole ad business is broken. Query growth hit a five year high with AI Mode pulling longer more commercial incremental questions averaging 3x the length yet the street acts shocked monetization isn’t already matching traditional Search 🤦♂️
Schindler literally said the volume weighed on it because AI Mode still monetizes lower. FX and a couple vertical one offs didn’t help total ads slowed to 11% and the stock got smoked after hours because apparently more users searching more is somehow bad news now 🙄
They’re treating it exactly like the mobile shift years ago 🤔.
They’re already scaling AI Mode and Overviews ads overseas plus multi turn in the U.S. experiments look decent CTRs already matching on product listings and they keep calling most of the new queries incremental so the volume should open more surface over time, it basically means more people are coming to the nightclub so they will figure out how to sell more tables 🕺 💃 🪩
Cloud still doubled and carried the whole thing to +25% and that half trillion run rate. Core’s expanding while the ad engine catches up but sure let’s all pretend the query boom is the problem 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Much love! 💜🍌🍌🍌
