How to replace your entire video editing team with Grokbot computer use and "group chats" Two 8-figure founders DM'd me and said they already implemented it from my last tweet. And because I've received 10+ DMs about this tutorial... I decided to start from zero and build this Grokbot + StefanBrain workflow from the ground up. And showcase the exact copy-paste process you can use too... across ANY Grokbot + SB workflow. Make sure you watch to the end to see these use cases: - Automate end-to-end video editing and generation - Use CapCut or Premiere Pro + Grokbot groupchats + skills for expert editing - Stitch multiple videos together and keep outputs consistent inside SB's video editor - Overlay new audio (e.g., different language audio OR song ad from Suno) inside SB VidGen **Comment/RT and I'll send you the full setup prompt I use in the video.**
A StefanBrain user scaled to $2M/mo using Grokbot to generate videos… All with computer use. And he gets way better results… because Grokbot doesn’t make human prompting mistakes. It uploads all the right reference images, structures the prompt properly. And most importantly, it creates a skill to do it all - completing that feedback loop. I believe this is the way AI is going. You have one simple UI. And it orchestrates all your agents. Grokbot, Hermes, doesn’t matter what you use. What matters most is that the AI model you choose understands your intent to a tee. And from there, it controls your Claude Code, your Codex… Hell, it will probably control your email, your Notion, your ClickUp, your Loom. Not even through MCP, but through your computer. Any task that you can do on a computer that is repetitive (EVEN PROMPTING) will be done by the AI. You are simply going to align yourself and your orchestrator to do that work together. You won’t need to sift through 10s of open chats to find the one where you worked on something. And if understanding intent is the most important part. It also means that prompting = skill [issue] once again. But not with 20,000 characters and hundreds of constraints like AI usually does. Prompt flexibility is what I like to call it. And it’s basically just prompting AI like a human does… Brain dump. Let the AI get all the context (contextmaxx). Have it ask you questions. Don’t try to have it one shot your task in one go. That’s how our team and our users are moving at terminal velocity, using AI in marketing.

One of our top clients @ecomfin told me that each order now costs about $2 less after switching to U.S. local fulfillment. Here’s what the insights he shared with me when we talked about it: Q: How have recent U.S. tariffs impacted your business, and what strategies have you used to stay stable? A: We’ve started shipping in bulk to the US via sea and air, then fulfilling locally. It’s saved us about $2 per order compared to shipping directly from China. It’s too early to comment on LTV improvements, but from a margin perspective it’s already a big win. That said, I still think hybrid fulfillment is smart - shipping from China during rapid scaling phases to avoid stockouts. Q: Do you think U.S. local fulfillment will become a bigger trend? A:Right now, we fulfill all U.S. orders from the US unless we run out of local stock. Local fulfillment ties up more capital but creates a much better customer experience - 2-4 day delivery builds trust and sets you apart from typical dropshippers. So yes, I think local fulfillment will continue to grow as more sellers move toward building real brands. However, I don’t think fulfilling from China is a bad thing. It’s usually the smarter move early on to minimize risk, especially since it’s hard to forecast stock accurately at lower volumes.

We’ve just released the exact Hook System behind £400M+ in DTC revenue, built to help you create visually distinct, scroll-stopping hooks that actually scale. Last week I shared an insight that Meta’s new delivery system (Andromeda) doesn’t just look at messaging, it looks at visual similarity. If two ads have the same structure and layout, they’re basically the same in Meta’s eyes… even if the script changes. We’ve been seeing this play out across accounts spending £500K+/mo. Meta’s Andromeda algorithm now actively rewards creative that’s visually and conceptually distinct. That means: → A new script isn’t enough → A new creator isn’t enough → If it looks too similar, you’re throttled We’ve been working behind the scenes to build a hook framework that solves this. Here's what's inside - The 9 types of hooks that still win attention (mapped to tone, audience + angle) - Our top performing examples - Prompt banks to generate fresh hooks across personas on VEO3 - Advanced hook techniques that actually unlock incremental reach This isn’t a swipe file, it’s a system for scalable, visually distinct hook creation. Want it? Retweet this post Comment “Hooks” Make sure you're following so I can DM you!

I paid a mentor over $10k earlier this year & I made the money back within a month from this one simple lesson... Stop giving out 'Free Shipping' to everyone. You're literally pissing money away as paid shipping rarely impacts CVR. He was charging over $10 for shipping and making more money than when he only charged a couple bucks. The exact amount you should charge completely depends on your product/market & should be tested to find the sweet spot. ^He told me he split tested different price points for the shipping (using Inteligems I believe). Then offer free shipping to customers who take bundle 2 or 3 - giving them a reason to spend more & increasing your AOV.

You can consume the same piece of information in 2 different mental states/stages of life and have a COMPLETELY different experiences. I remember reading $100m Offers a couple years ago and not really gaining a ton from it ^Literally thought it didn’t apply much to dropshipping lmao I’ve been re-reading all 3 Hormozi Books recently and the ideas I’ve had from it are crazyyyy.

No better feeling than opening up your review app and seeing mostly 4-5 star reviews of customers talking about how the product has actually helped them. I remember thinking it was normal for most reviews to be negative with my old products lol

I feel like Amazon FBA sets you up for extremely low standards compared to dropshipping. Like, I remember being at work and thinking I was killing it because I'd made £118 in sales that day (my day rate was £75/day at the time). To make things worse, my Amazon mentors would literally talk about doing £30k in revenue per month (£10k net) as the end goal lmao. If I was on ecom twitter back then seeing people my age doing $100k days, I wonder how much faster I'd have progressed?🤔 The game we're playing is just constantly breaking limiting beliefs and pushing past the limits we place on ourselves. So remember to use all the screenshots you see on this app as fuel & proof that ANYTHING is possible... if you believe it is.

Sometimes I forget how lucky I am to be able to travel whenever I want… At my job, I’d request time off and wait ages for it to be approved - sometimes they’d even say no months in advance lol PS: I’m liking $100M Money Models so far - already implemented a couple of offer ideas from it🤓

🧵 I'm about to destroy the biggest lie you tell yourself every day. 🤡 And you're going to hate me for it. But someone needs to tell you the truth about why you're "tired" all the time... (Thread - this will hurt but it might save your life)

Stop Dodging Your 'Meta Marketing Pro' Calls.. One of our winning ads randomly got rejected, so I pinged my account manager & it’s live again within 24 hours. So when you get a rep reaching out to you, be polite, join their calls once every couple months and you’ll eventually get upgraded. Yes it’s annoying when they try to shill adv+ to you BUT account managers have a lot more pull and are worth having on your side.

Replying here because I think this will helpful for others: It actually all started when I took my dream trip (Hawaii) off a pedestal - before that I kept saying I was going to go when I achieved X - which kept pushing it away. Then when I was out there I was doing a lot of reading/self development and realised I had built up these limiting beliefs without realising the extent of them. Then I broke down what beliefs & actions my ideal self would have/do. So yeah, I switched up my environment, became more aware of the beliefs holding me back, then shifted identities into the person who has already hit my goals. ^The last 2 things are an ongoing process but you haven’t got to be perfect for things to start going right for you🙂‍↕️
Replying to @ecomfin
yea I had this same issue for other aspects in life what did you truly do to fix it ? have small little micro beliefs to shift your mindset ?

If you are consistently eating shit with business, you NEED to take time to do some deep self reflection. I had a period last year where every ad I launched flopped - like I had a couple of ‘winning ads’ in 200 batches lmao. ^And they weren’t even big winners that allowed me to scale much. I’m a pretty positive person so I didn’t let it get to me too much on the surface but I had subconsciously developed these limiting beliefs like "times have changed and it’s so hard to get a winning ad now" So because I began expecting ads to flop/nothing to get spend… every ad flopped & nothing got spend. It wasn’t until I took the time to shift my identity to a pro marketer who consistently wins, that shit turned around for me & everything clicked again. If anyone is interested in some self reflection prompts (to ask yourself) I can make a follow up tweet to this. But to conclude, remember that success starts in the mind🧠

It's much better to look at YOUR account average for soft metrics like Hook & Hold rate. If you don't have much data then 30% hook rate + 15% hold rate is fine as a rule of thumb. But across different brands, metrics vary massively because the audience/avatar changes everything. For example, on Brand A, the winning ad's hook rate is 3x the winning ad's hook rate on Brand B - yet it's makes less money... So Brand A looks amazing against the 30% rule, but that’s just because its audience engages more than average. The only real benchmark that matters is your own account - because once you know your baseline, you can focus on beating that.

I got more fulfilment from a 4 hour deep work block this morning than I did from my entire trip this weekend lmao. Most won't get it, friends think I'm weird, real ones understand🙂‍↕️ I stand by my last tweet though, travelling & taking breaks helps you enjoy work more.
