this entire PODCAST ad was made by claude code for $2
from research, script, video generations, to the final edit
made it using my google flow connector so no expensive API credits were used
here's what it actually did:
- dug through real reviews for the VOC and wrote them into the script
- pulled frames from a real podcast set, swapped both hosts
- generated 24 talking takes in omni on flow
- built the split screen argument, the explainer panels, the b-roll cutaways, captions and end card by itself
i approved the script, the frames and the cut, and gave a few notes. that's it

Yesterday I mostly did new research on my avatar and made new concepts, but I haven't launched them yet because I'm getting a concept video today and more over the next few days. Mostly curious to see how those perform.

Made some new BOF statics yesterday, but every time I launch them they barely get any spend unfortunately.

Tested a new angle and Meta immediately started pushing spend into it. Good sign, but now we need to see if it actually converts.
Spent a big part of today deep in research and came out with a ton of new angles and creative ideas to test.

Didn’t post anything the day before yesterday or yesterday, but the results were shit anyway. 0 sales one day and 2 sales the next.
Picked things back up properly today with new concepts and feedback loops on older concepts. Tomorrow my editor is starting on the videos, so I’ll also be testing different formats instead of relying only on images.
We’ll see how it goes.
Is everyone here mostly testing images, or are you also running videos/a mix of both? And what’s been working best for you?

Yesterday I had zero sales. Worst day so far. 💀
Most of the spend was going into one ad set, and it dropped below breakeven ROAS, so I turned it off today.
Now the other ad sets can finally pick up some spend, they were barely getting any.
And I need to get the videos I'm working on live as fast as possible.

Not a good day, and the 3 day average isn't good either.
Don't let the CVR fool you, the CVR can be fine but if you're not getting clicks you still have nothing.
It comes down to making better creatives, that's always the most important thing.
I'm getting an editor to make videos now and we'll see if that helps.

Expected this after bumping my budget, but CVR is still good. Funnel is solid, the creatives are what need to improve.
I'm making too many natives. At this point I need to test more statics and videos to see what actually works.
Also going to test more pages so I can tell the story and creative from a different perspective than just the avatar.

Subscription revenue keeps climbing, im thankful for that. and if the roas is breakeven on average on 3 days, i can increase the adspend.
still no excuse to make better ads. i know that brands scale on roas 1 but it's not a reason to not make better ads. aiming at least for 1.8 with subs.

Had an okay day today, got some extra subs so that’s good. Itteration doing well, so keep on pushing the sniper method on this.
The video that didn’t got any spend in my cbo, I made a seperate campaign for and it have great metrics. Didn’t spend the whole campaign budget yesterday but I see it doing well on the metrics, so I’ll keep running the video 2 days extra and check if it’s profitable.
Tomorrow I will be back in the trenches making a new video concept. Thinking of doing a podcast or animation.

getting cooked yesterday. Don’t know why my ATC don’t get any clicks but checkout has. Thing some kinda glitch.
Back 2 making more ads today and making a animation video as an iteration.
Honestly didn’t do anything yesterday because of a game of padel (similair to pickleball) from 6:30 PM till 9:00PM and was really exhausted after that and still had to have dinner.
