All your problems are in the mind. What happens if you experiment and start watching your mind? This is how you create a gap between the watcher, you and the ongoing thoughts.
The problems are in the form of thoughts. Everything in the world, even your personal limited existence is a thought.
Be still and know yourself.
Whenever there's anger, hurt, or sadness, know you allow that to happen within you.
You create these emotions within.
Once you see it's a choice to have these emotions, you also see the choice to generate positive emotions.
As you become mindful of your body's feelings and actions, you concentrate on your inner state, your attention heals.
Your attention is healing.
So focus on yourself.
Once you learn to look at yourself, turn within, breathe and slow down, you can't suffer.
The more you protect your inner energy, your inner space from external influences, the greater will be your bliss.
You don't have to be influenced by everyone. Remember this.
If you understand this, there's no real obstacle to being conscious, being awake.
The first step to self-awareness is clearly knowing what impacts you in what way.
This is the key to having spiritual insights and subtler understandings.
If you can't determine the impact of the external world onto your inner states, there's very less self awareness within.
There's still a scope of improvement.
So be mindful of what you touch and feed your soul - because what goes on in your mind determines pretty much how deeper you get in spirituality and freedom.
Very few grasp the importance of the sacredness of their inner space. Those who do, reap great benefits.
Your natural state is joy, why do you let the mind deny that?
The mind can incline toward the negatives, but who are you?
You are bliss itself.
When you are joyful, your inner world becomes frictionless, you feel God's love and infinite abundance within.
Now you can't demand the world to make you happy - because you know what's inside you is free and ever complete.
Don't be a beggar.
Be the one who knows how to enjoy whatever appears on the movie screen of life.
Who dwells in the bliss of God. 🌸
Paramahansa Yogananda guides -
"Constantly you affirm sorrow, therefore it exists. Deny it in your mind and it will exist no longer. This assertion of the Self is what I call the hero in man. It is his divine or essential nature. In order to acquire freedom from sorrow, man must assert his heroic self in all his daily activities."
"If you do not choose to be happy no one can make you happy. Do not blame God for that!
And if you choose to be happy, no one can make you unhappy. If He had not given us freedom to use our own will, we could blame Him when we are unhappy, but He did give us that freedom. It is we who make of life what it is."
"Persons of strong character are usually the happiest. They do not blame others for troubles that can usually be traced to their own actions and lack of understanding.
They know that no one has any power to add to their happiness or detract from it unless they themselves are so weak that they allow the adverse thoughts and wicked actions of others to affect them."
"Your highest happiness lies in your being ever ready in desiring to learn, and to behave properly. The more you improve yourself, the more you will elevate others around you. The self-improving man is the increasingly happy man. The happier you become, the happier will be the people around you."
"Avoid a negative approach to life. Why gaze down the sewers when there is loveliness all around us?
One may find some fault in even the greatest masterpieces of art, music, and literature. But isn’t it better to enjoy their charm and glory?"

If you are truly conscious of who you are, you can never entertain a negative thought. You just know you are not weak.
If you truly understand that the mind is malleable, you'll always be positive and happy.
That's why every awakened being knew how to be happy and fulfilled. He knew what's real is just his happiness and nothing else.
Mind can be turned in any way we want, why not make it full of gratitude and loving joy?
Your every endeavour is to be happy, but you don't see it this way. Cultivate happiness by seeing the positives, you'll always be blessed.
An awake mind is always happy - because he chooses to be so. There's a conscious choice there. That's the sign of awakening.
You are more than eternity.
Know your power and never feel negative.
Be conscious and see what's going on in the mind. This seeing is freeing.
Once the mind is seen by being present with it - you can never create negativity.

I try to be positive on everything that is happening by paying attention to every detail but sometimes the negatives tends to overwhelm. and sometimes finding this balance is a bit of a challenge. well maybe being conscious is a journey of eternity
Disciple:
Who am I?
Master:
Ask - To whom this experience is happening and be still.
You are the Source of the experience, you are in every experience that takes place in the now.
You are the Seer.
Knower of the World.
Only under the influence of thoughts and the world can you think about manifestation.
Because you don't see you are consciousness, and not this body person.
If you look deeply, you'll find you are not this person, you have no desires and you are as nothing as Silence itself.
What can you demand in such an awakened state?
You are ever complete.
Real happiness is not in the world, in the experiences that change.
Experience is something that comes and goes. The world comes and goes in you, consciousness.
What makes you bother about what is seen in experiences?
It's not even there. Only you are here, the consciousness.
The fact we can never deny is being conscious.
We can't really know whether this world, this experience we are having is a dream or is real.
But one thing that we can be sure of is this -
I am conscious. I equals conscious.
I = conscious.
And this attribute of I never changes.
It's always conscious.
That means, your experience can change, one type of thoughts come, then another type of thoughts are here.
Sensory inputs change, scenes and sounds before you are changing constantly.
Same with feeling, one moment there's a kind of feeling and the next moment it changes.
What never ever changes is the fact that I am conscious. This I equals conscious. And this I perceives all changes.
Once this insight is there, you see yourself separate from the seen. The seen/scene is changing continuously, that is the dream - but you can't deny you are here, that you are conscious, you are the consciousness of the changing dream.
This dream experience can show you anything, but are you touched by these changeful experiences?
I am not talking about the body character. Body character is also experienced as a part of this dreamlike, ever-changing experience.
So are you touched by the thoughts and the sensory inputs?
You are conscious, that conscious entity which is perceiving the dream - is it touched by the dream, the experiences that is seen?
Knowing this in one's direct experience liberates.
"One should not take his troubles too seriously, lest they darken the subconscious mind.
Difficulties come to us in order to awaken us to the realization that this life is a dream. This lesson we all have to learn.
Then we can understand why there is so much difference in everything in the world: some people are poor, some are rich; some are healthy and some are sick.
Although it may seem to be a terrible and cruel game, the justification of the complications of life is that all of it is only a dream. Take it as such."
--
"You are dreaming your mortal existence; it is part of God’s cosmic dream. Every day you are living in this dream of physical being.
Every night, in deep sleep, it is gone. And one day, when you awaken in God— who is your real Self—the dream will be gone forever."
--
"Don’t expect to attain unalloyed peace and happiness from earthly life."
~ Paramahansa Yogananda
Don't expect anything here will satisfy you. Don't expect sensory perceptions can bring you real fulfilment.
Experiences of life cannot satisfy us; if they could, they would have done so by now.
Awakened beings know this world is a dream. World is non-existent for them.
See this directly -
The world is happening in your mind. You are thinking about a world in your mind.
Have no interest in that world.
You'll be happy and free.
You'll notice every thought that comes to you is here because you are influenced by the world.
Only have interest in what's inside. Consciously pick the inner silence, nothingness, beingness, quiet presence within.
Inwardly, leave the world alone, you'll forever be in bliss.
Turn inward.
That means, don't let worldly thoughts bother you. Anyway they are merely thoughts.
And thoughts can never be reality.
Thoughts are mental formations that come and go, how can they be real?
There's no end to fulfilling desires.
That's why it's wise to stop seeking and stop assuming happiness is somewhere else.
Be still and find you are here.
That's enough.
Your presence is enough.
Slowing down and being present is the solution to all suffering.
When you don't rush and be with this moment - you find everything you were seeking is already here, that is - your presence and the ability to enjoy this moment.
What's missing is just this - the ability to be present with life. This moment and every moment.
Once we are present right now, there's nothing left to fault find with.
