The A413 is now open in the southbound direction between the A40 and the Kingsway Roundabout. We expect the northbound carriageway to reopen later tonight. However, lane closures and temporary speed limit reductions will remain in place for safety reasons.

The number of people who have reached out with their stories of how this disease has impacted their lives and also it has been good to see people talking about it and encouraging mates to get tested etc, itās really important that men keep talking about this and the more they do the more lives it will help to save through awareness and earlier screening and testing. Ā

That was a slow one today, hit a bit of a wall and felt so leggy but then I remember why I am doing this, all the people who have reached out with their own personal experiences of this disease, and this gives me the inspiration and the motivation to push on.Ā
āØThis is a disease thatĀ affectsĀ 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes anything we can do to help raise awareness and money that can be reinvested in developing treatments, cures and increasing screening/testing programmes.Ā
