In memory of my Dad Dr James Dickson on what would have been his 94th birthday, and in recognition of his passionate participation in the Ottawa multisport community well into his 80s, I’m doing 94km of all his favourite sports. #DrDicksonDu @runottawa @somersault_ca

I've been on hold with @CSTConsultants for over an hour. Original request was sent Apr 27, processed May 27 asking us for more info. No response to my email sent on May 27th. Hopefully our RESPs have earned some interest in the meantime.

Finally reached an agent after 1hr28m.. Issue resolved in under 5 minutes
The estimated wait time provided was 30 minutes. You could at least change the music.

Also offering the option to stop on-hold music, which then restarts after every “thank you for waiting”followed by “to learn more about the music you’re listening to” is not the greatest UX.
Tuesday's run was AprHAIL showers, today's was Wormageddon (wormaggedrun?). Hoping for clearer skies next time I put on my running shoes. #RunOttawa #LoveTheRun
