.@BBCiPlayer why would you make the adverts on kids profiles unskippable? That's such a terrible UX to inflict on children. This is a real step backwards. – at Higher Metcombe, England

iPlayer was one of the best players for content and usability. Please stop trying to pretend to be Disney/Netflix/Prime. You are an ad-free corp, with a "subscription plan" aggressively inflicted on your user base. This is not the way forward to keep your reputation.

Washed and tumble dried my wallet... The race is on between @monzo @StarlingBank @HalifaxBank @BarclaysUK to get new ones out... Even though I quite like this new wavy vibe

.@BarclaysUK why on earth do you limit your memorable word to 8 characters without special characters? That is supremely low security

Bravo @monzo. My new wife changed her name. You only updated her personal card, not her joint account card. She contacts support and gets a new joint card, with the old name on it... I feel like this is a common use case, people change names and want that over everything – at Cardiff, Wales

The new flow by @google authenticator is crap. Using it to view a code to use on a separate device is painful now. Old flow: open authenticator, tap to generate code. New flow: open authenticator, hold to generate code, open a different app, paste code. Absolutely crap UX.

Why did @BT think that designing a baby monitor app and only allowing a single user to access it, was a good user experience? Did they not know that lots of babies have multiple parents? Often two! Shocking, I know. – at Cardiff, Wales
