Sometimes, the biggest sign that you are doing exactly what you should be doing, is no one but you and Jesus know you are doing it.
We waste too much of our time searching for God’s will instead of going out and doing His will. God said GO.
Mercy and grace are often used interchangeably, but really they’re opposites that work together. Mercy is when you don’t get what you deserve. Grace is when you get what you don’t deserve.
Bad situations are not always a result of our own bad choices. It can be a result of other’s bad choices or a fallen, sinful world
Laughing at myself this morning because I started a new book in the Bible and read the summary and thought “Dang this book is about Jesus too?” Well no duh they’re all about Jesus 🤪
God devoted an entire book [Deuteronomy] allowing Moses to warn his people of disobedience—even though God knew they would be disobedient. Seems like a waste of time? Not at all! This just shows how fair and just of a God we serve. Even though He’s all knowing, we have a choice.
"When a man is newly married, he shall not go out with the army or be liable for any other public duty. He shall be free at home one year to be happy with his wife whom he has taken.”
Deuteronomy 24:5 ESV
You used to get a year off after you got married. Can we bring that back?

“For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him.” [Colossians 1:16]
You were created for God. He was not created for you.

Beware of Bible beaters void of the Holy Spirit. Where the Holy Spirit goes, the Holy Spirit shows. If the fruit of the Spirit is not evidenced, they can hang Bible verses on their limbs all day long but something’s still wrong with that tree. Jesus said know a tree by its fruit.
What God calls you to endure with Him is better than any abundance without Him.

1 Corinthians 7 - This was such a hard chapter for me to understand as a newlywed. Was I supposed to be single? Was I submitting to my husband correctly? What does biblical sex look like? A passage not often covered and beautiful explained here:

We Praise YOU when we win, and We Praise YOU when we lose, God.
You are always, good.
God wants to bless us. In Numbers 6, He commands Moses to tell Aaron to bless the people. Don’t forget that God is on your side.
