A good question from @MichaelOkun has me diving into twin studies. #GCchat, any good lay explanations/resources on heritability?
Few things are more on brand for genetic counselors than, instead of having an "appreciation" day where our coworkers buy us snacks, we made an "awareness" day, giving ourselves more work to do.
Regardless, PLEASE BE AWARE that I am so happy to do the work that I do, and to be part of a community of VITAL healthcare providers. #GCAwarenessDay
