If I don't have a unique field to compare, it may not be fraud. I don't have DOB, only Year. I don't have SSNs or DL#s. If I don't know it's fraud, I'm not going to allege it. I have notice of anomalies and asked Cisco to check it. People's rights are at issue.

Nevada’s current abortion law (up to 24 weeks, later for life/health) was locked in by a 1990 voter referendum. The legislature cannot amend or repeal it without another direct vote of the people. That protection has held for 35 years.

It keeps the old statute but replaces the clear physician + hospital rules for later abortions with broader language that invites courts to decide what counts as interference or health.
