Discord has been banned in the Philippines.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Discord has not been banned in the Philippines. The CICC issued a compliance ultimatum that the platform is addressing; reported access issues are temporary outages often limited to specific ISPs.

Discord users in the Philippines may have trouble connecting to the app.
This started after the CICC warned Discord and Reddit that they could face restrictions unless they appointed local representatives.
Both companies responded. CICC then extended the deadline.
Discord has not been officially banned nationwide. However, many Globe and DITO users report connection errors. This points to a block at the internet-provider level, most likely DNS filtering, not a full government shutdown.
What users report works for now: switch to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1), then restart the app.

So the idea is that in the beginning of ch5 Flowey has seen the universe of Deltarune as he mentioned in Undertale, and decides to ask Flowery if he can have a "formery" too! Its a Princess and The Pauper situation except it doesn't end as wholesome as the barbie movie because -
