ALT What Works for Me "Kids can be reticent to admit they need help or openly ask for it. So instead of saying, 'Let me know if you need help,' I say, 'Who wants me to come bother them?' and then they go 'MEEEE!' Or I walk by and say, 'You look like you need me to bother you.' Silly change, but it works." —Jessica Kirkland, Teacher
