The admin of Tay Tawan Myanmar Fanpage has genuinely loved and supported P’Tay for years . She always done her very best to help P’Tay gain more love and support from fans. I honestly can’t believe this. The fact that they themselves have come forward with a statement shows just how serious this situation has become . To be honest, I initially wanted to believe that @GMMTV had merely referenced or copied the cultural elements in question. But now, with no official explanation or response and nothing but silence, it’s becoming increasingly difficult not to see this as cultural appropriation and theft. I don’t know how @GMMTV views this kind of behaviour but for such a major entertainment company to engage in something so unethical and unprofessional is truly disgraceful. Honestly, I feel embarrassed on their behalf. This is an incredibly shameful and ugly way for a company of their stature to handle such a serious issue.
