I spy a former #wolfpackartists work being selected for the Student Art Gallery for the TASA/TASB Convention!! Way to go, Chloe!! @WestwoodJH_RISD @mottram_katie #risdbetheone
🎨 Big congrats to our amazing Secondary art students whose artwork has been selected for the Student Art Gallery at the TASA/TASB Convention this Fall in San Antonio! 🌟 We are so proud of your creativity and hard work!

Getting to be an up close witness to my boys making music with their best friends and having a blast doing it, is such a joy! #rhsgeb💜💛🥁🦅 #risdbetheone
This woman is a gem of a friend who knew I needed a hug and a chat today! Thank you for taking the time to come visit and have lunch with me today, Sarah! @SarahMcClain_1 She understands how to #risdbetheone for me!
Senior parking spot painting time! When a “simple” idea became not so simple. Cherishing this time with my big boy though! Wouldn’t trade it for the world. It’s also keeping my chiropractor in business! 😂 #classof2025

Kicked off the inaugural class of Advanced Academic Science with one of my favorite lessons, “Magic or Science”. Do I have telekinesis? Is this really flammable powdered unicorn horn? Only credible sources can prove me wrong! @WestwoodJH_RISD @mottram_katie @RichardsonISD
10th grade, 12th grade, and year 14 started!! Can’t believe how fast we went from Jack’s first first day and now his last first day! Doesn’t seem possible. #mamatired #teachertired #classof2025 #risdfirstday #risdbetheone
Your 24-25 #rhsgeb💜💛🦅🥁 drumline! This will be the best year yet but my last to have both my boys play together. I am here for every minute of this! #RISDBeTheOne #classof2025

What fun it was to talk to fellow secondary teachers about how to best showcase student art by learning to use our mat cutters effectively. Even if it meant doing math in front of an audience! Thank you @Artk12RISD for giving us time to collaborate!#risdartmatters #RISDBeTheOne

I am amazed at the levels of support that are provided to new teachers by @Artk12RISD. No teacher should feel like an island and I am grateful to be able to lead and support our wonderful new JH/MS art teachers. It’s going to be a great year. #risdbetheone #risdartmatters
Love this! @ACongdonedu is the best at connecting with those she serves! ❤️ #risdbetheone
Our Principal @ACongdonedu and Assistant Principal @The_Gues read a story at our local La Croix Apts leasing office to get kids excited about coming back to school! #RISDBelieves #RISDWeAreOne #ClearEyesFullHeartsCantLose
Love being able to again serve all of our amazing RISD Visual Art teachers as a RATS (Richardson Art Teacher Society) board member! 24-25 will be the best year yet! #risdartmatters #risdbetheone @Artk12RISD

I am thrilled to announce that @RichardsonISD art educators and our vibrant community have achieved their 4th consecutive year as @TXarted TAEA District of Distinction! This prestigious recognition places our Visual Arts Program in the TOP 5% of all VAPK12 programs in TX!
This has been the best conference I’ve ever attended and now have SO many strategies and ideas to help ALL students and teachers - but most importantly, it’s reignited my SPARK!
Hey! Check out this #RISDGreatness!! These RISD educators showed up for @AVID4College SI to close the opportunity gap for all students!! Bring on the 2024 school year!!
Seven of our WWJH #WolfpackArtists participated in Jr. VASE. Ss worked hard on their art & interview skills. ALL WWJH Ss received a rating of 4, the highest rating & Maggie P. received a Platinum medal, awarded to the top 10% of all 4s in each division. @wwjhart @WestwoodJH_RISD
