Young people need to experience machine learning under guidance. The 13+ age limit of GenAI tools hinders this at KS3 as does the current level of teacher confidence. But these things will surely change over time?
Listening to the black box podcast from @guardian and it’s making me think a lot about AI and safeguarding in schools, we have a responsibility to teach e saftey and there’s project evolve. But how many schools have time to deliver this ? And the expertise to do it properly ?
An amazing opportunity to undertake much-needed work :)
