Recruiting has been one of the most rewarding things I've done in my career, and it's been so fun diving back into it over the past couple of weeks!
I've been connecting great people with opportunities and helping companies find awesome talent.
If you're a candidate exploring your next move or a company looking to hire, fill out my form or shoot me a DM!

A founder with 2,000 people who genuinely care about what they're building has more distribution power than a company account with 100,000 passive followers.
Follower counts are increasingly becoming vanity metrics.
I’m a strong believer that a meaningful career and meaningful relationships can coexist. But that means making time for the people I love while work is still unfinished. There will almost always be something else I could get done!
I have two incredibly talented friends looking for their next thing! Sharing here in case anyone's hiring or knows of a good fit:
- Healthtech extraordinaire with experience across customer success, technical product management, and building AI-powered products (NYC)
- Full-stack engineer with experience building and shipping AI products from 0 - 1, particularly in startup environments (Toronto, NYC, and SF)
Both are amazing humans I'd highly recommend. Happy to make intros if there's a fit!
one of the best things i've learned about imposter syndrome is to ask myself: did someone actually tell me i don't belong here, or am i the only one telling myself that?
Not many people can say their dad is active on X, but mine officially is!
So proud to see him bringing his next big vision to life. Give him a follow!
Hi X. I'm Daniel, a founder in Toronto. I spent the last decade building TapMango into a platform used by thousands of merchants, some of whom 10x'd their revenue. We sold the company, and I'm still involved.
But I have a problem. I'm a sucker for hard business problems that tech can solve. That's how I ended up helping JobBuddy, an all-in-one platform for the trades. It handles the hard stuff: automated takeoffs and pricing, keeping crews organized and up to date, syncing across subtrades, doing things by voice, tracking budgets, and more.
None of these are easy problems, so I'm going to share a few demos of how we solve them.
First up: automating takeoffs and pricing from drawings.
i’ve been trying to get better at doing things simply because i enjoy them, without needing them to become something more.

Proud best friend moment! @gonzalosm7
Some news I’ve been excited to share: @gonzalosm7 is officially a co-founder of @gumloop
Gonzalo joined us two years ago as employee #5, back when Gumloop was a simple workflow platform. He was a key part of re-founding the company as the agent-building platform our customers know and love today.
Since then, we’ve 9x’d headcount and built a product that has automated over 1.3 billion tasks with Gonzalo leading our product and design teams the entire way.
More than that, he’s become the third voice in the room when the hard decisions get made. The title is just catching up to the role he’s been playing.
@rbehal1729 and I couldn’t be more excited to make it official. Congrats, Gonzalo!
Congratulations @joshavata and team! Insane stuff! 🚀
becoming a great storyteller might be one of the highest leverage skills you can develop. almost everything gets easier when you know how to make people care!
Humanity doesn’t evolve nearly as quickly as technology does. The world can completely change within a generation, but our instincts, needs and behaviours don’t change at the same pace. I wonder how many of the problems we’re dealing with right now are really just growing pains from that gap.
Just got paid for my first brand deal on LinkedIn! That platform is seriously so underrated. Living out my influencer dreams fr...
i think consuming information can give you the feeling of making progress without requiring any of the vulnerability of actually trying
One of the best pieces of career advice I ever got was from @parker_brydon on one of my first days at Stan, which was to start a brag doc.
I actually ended up automating mine so it would pull from Slack, Notion, my CRM, emails, etc. and keep track of wins, positive feedback + things I’d accomplished.
Having a running record of your work is incredibly useful for performance reviews, internal conversations, interviews, updating your resume, creating content or even just reflecting on what you’ve accomplished.
We forget so much of the work we do + the little wins along the way. Highly recommend keeping one!
having friends across completely different industries is underrated.
every industry has its own little bubble of what’s important, impressive or worth caring about. spending time with people outside of yours reminds you how subjective most of it is.
