At first I thought this was a fake Elon Musk account, but after seeing the message and the obvious racist, white supremacist overtones, it knew it was obviously from Nazi Musk.

Some say a healthy man, who eats good food, exercises, and is lean and fit, is likelier to die as POTUS than an unfit man, who eats junk food & is flabby from a lack of exercise. The healthy one would be 86 at the end of his term, & the unhealthy one would be 82. #Cancer #disease
