This is Tony, one of the wonderful volunteers at @bentley_priory museum. After writing for years about #WAAF plotters so I was rather pleased when Tony taught me how to plot! We are standing in ACM Sir Hugh Dowding’s office - such a thrill. Visit Bentley Priory and learn to plot!

A new addition to our displays on this #HeritageTreasures Day. This uniform belonged to Joan Fanshawe, one of the 1st WAAFs to be employed in the Dowding System. We welcomed Joan several times before she sadly passed away in 2018. Her uniform has been kindly loaned by her family.

The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.
@Luke_W_Pearce doing this protects the standard of refereeing. Players at all levels take their cue from what they see pro’s get away with.
You can’t attract more top refs to a sport by letting stuff like this slide.
Luke Pearce is taking absolutely no prisoners this afternoon.
Behave yourselves, lads.
