Head Coaches,
When’s the last time you asked your assistant coaches (or your players), what they felt you could do better, or differently?
No matter how many years we’ve been in the game, no matter how much we may know (or think we know), there’s always room for growth, and if we’re not growing and learning, how can we expect our players and assistants to?!
Great work Liv!!! You had a strong offensive year!!! 💪

A MUST read on failure.
Derek Jeter shares a truth about failure that most people don't want to hear.
"Failure is essential. If I can promise you one thing for certain, you will fail. I wouldn't have had the success without the failures."
Failure isn't the opposite of success - it's part of the path to it.
Successful people don't avoid adversity. They expect it. They know that they must learn from the setbacks and challenges.
You can't avoid failure - you have to be relentless in your pursuits and refuse to let it stop you.
Failure isn't a destination - it's a checkpoint. It's where growth begins.

Standing with college coaches today, a parent walked by holding an umbrella over their athlete while the athlete was on her phone.
One coach looked at me and said, “I’ll pass.”
There are a lot of talented players. The little things—independence, maturity, and personal responsibility—matter more than many families realize.
Great job Jaida!!!
