Well done to everybody for all your efforts this week. You have all done extremely well. It’s not over yet though, we still have a visit to @ArranCoast Octopus Centre and a visit to @ArranRNLI Station. Many thanks to our community partners in supporting our NAC schools.
Well it’s the last day before our P7s return! The Red group went orienteering at Brodick Castle, Blue Group went on a beach clear up and the Green Group went to build shelters. We all then climbed An Tunna and played in the snow. Disco fun tonight 🕺🏻 @ArranOutdoors

Despite activities at the site of the new ASN school Auchenharvie is safe and will be open as usual from 0845am tomorrow. The path leading to Auchenharvie from Stevenston behind the new school will not be available so all pupils should take care travelling next to the main road.

The Nine has learned @North_Ayrshire has become the first area in Scotland to hire full time counsellors at every single high school to try to deal with child suicides. Our reporter @ConnorGillies spoke to a school counsellor and pupils at Auchenharvie Academy. #TheNine

Pleased that my motion at @North_Ayrshire Council outlining our opposition to a workplace parking levy has passed. We need genuine solutions to the Council funding crisis not a regressive tax on workers.
