I’m really happy with this beast, all ready for the bisque kiln. It’ll be fired in the anagama firing, loading in one week! Later, I’ll make a golden sun to hang between the antlers.

Now I only have less than three weeks before our wood firing. Assuming it ever rains and the burn ban lifts. 😬

I’m slowly trying to get my studio back to a workable condition.
I crunched hard for my show, and haven’t touched it since July. It’s a bit of a situation.
Huh. I just realized that note taking has replaced doodling for me.
My notes are typically intelligible, and I very seldom refer to them. But I concentrate so much better with a pencil in my hand.
Doodling, though, that now takes too much concentration to multitask
