Using TV for its god intended use, visualising the 64 QAM 1Msymbol/s Dual FDM channel data transmission using loopback on a custom built FMC IF board.
Its amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind ans codex to it.
Also be amazed by the use of the custom heatsink pipes.
Finally able to test the TX side of the board, still need to populate the op amp currently bypassed using 0 ohm resistors.
The test setup is janky af but it works so there's that.
Next step is ordering the missing 0.1 uF caps and completing the board fully.
Finally bit the bullet and ordered the pcbs for the eval board I have been designing to test the DSP in FPGA.
These were somewhat expensive as I had to match the impedance for traces.
It feels really great to be able to hold something you created in a pc.
