The Real Secret to Consistency Most people think consistency is about discipline, willpower, and forcing yourself to show up every day. But consistency runs deeper than that. To keep choosing something, you need to understand why it matters to you. That reason shapes what you want, what you want determines what you create, and what you create gives your choices meaning. When you genuinely value the outcome, showing up becomes less of a daily battle. You develop a natural desire to keep going because you can see what your efforts are building.
