Drift, 1 Apr 2026: what was visible on-chain before the admin transfer?
Admin moved in two txs four slots apart. BlockSec: ~$285M lost. Analyses: two Council members were led to pre-sign; durable nonces held the approvals until use.
What was visible before execution, and when?
7/ In the transfer's own txs, the only earlier on-chain prep was two durable nonces keyed to member keys. The proposal itself was open ~1s (4 slots).
A durable nonce is ordinary Solana. A radar report names a prepared state and its key. It is not a verdict.
8/ EXIT today would not reach this multisig: its watches start from token mints and Ethereum contracts. Drift's admin sits in program state; the DRIFT mint has no mint or freeze authority.
A direct multisig watch is the gap this case exposes.
