Why I NO LONGER recommed REAL ESTATE. In my 2022 book Capitslist Manifesto, I stated Marxist took over the US in the 2020 election. Marxists will raise property taxes, impose rent controls, as rising interest rates decrease property values. I recommend gold, silver, Bitcoin.

If #Bitcoin can collapse by 70% from $69,000 to under $21,000, it can just as easily fall another 70% down to $6,000. Given the excessive leverage in #crypto, imagine the forced sales that would take place during a sell-off of this magnitude. $3,000 is a more likely price target.

If you lost money in the dump 1. Change how you manage your position size. 2. Have a price level to cut your positions. 3. To keep going is a good thing. It'll make you win, but don't keep going with the same methods. Repeating same mistakes = Foolishness, not perseverance.
