Not too sure where IBIS starts on the X-T line, to be honest it's something I've had before and don't really miss. Most cameras from the last 10 years handle high ISO very well. I can bring the X-T2 over at some point. The 18-55 is IS.

Yes, all current / recent Fuji APS-C cameras share the X mount. If you go X-T, I'd recommend the 5, it's quite a jump from the 4. That said, I have an X-T2 which is still going strong.

Quality and much more pleasing colours. Fuji X-E is a cheaper alternative to the X-Pro, albeit without an optical viewfinder.

The om5 is a great camera, very capable, I used to have a mk1. For travel / street, I’d highly recommend the Fuji X100, small enough to carry everywhere - only downside is fixed focal length so zoom with feet. Personally, I find Fuji offers much better
