Fabien - Coach performance

When I started off in 2024 I had just watched G2 get eliminated by BLG from worlds after working as an individual coach for Yike. From that day onward I set out with a goal to beat the asian teams and help a team get there I was offered a position with G2 as assistant coach which later became strategic coach as I fully focused on gameplay. Since that time we managed to win 4 LEC titles, Make worlds quarter finals for the first time in 3 years, reach an international finals and beat multiple asian teams. Europe was back on the map and I was a part of it, it was almost like a dream. I had achieved what I set out to do. Since the beginning of the year I have had one goal in mind and that is to develop the skills to lead my own project and eventually become a head coach, one of my biggest enjoyments about league is drafting as I see it similarly to chess and I've always wanted to pursue that. While I've genuinely loved the work I've done at G2, I feel like now is the right time to take that next step and challenge myself in a new environment I have nothing but love for G2 for giving me the opportunity to be a part of something so beautiful, I am grateful I got to learn from the best and now my new goal (as cringe as it sounds) is to become the best coach in the world, I want to help players and lead them to another level both inside and outside of game. Now it's time for me to do my own thing and see where it goes, I truly believe you need to get uncomfortable and try new things in order to grow and that is what I want to do. Last but definitely not least, big W to the fans who supported us through thick and thin, you are incredible. That's it for me, I'll see you around ❤️
