A customer opens a PayPal case for an undelivered package from us cause the package didn't arrive and is not needed anymore.
👨💻 I check UPS Shipping and it showed as delivered, I ask my UPS account manager to confirm and I get confirmation. No reply from customer....
2 days pass and a package arrives at my office from the same customer (with a DPD/PostNord label) WEIRD
I call the customer to say what's going on. The customer tells me a neighbour must have sent it back to us 🤣 15 years in e-commerce and never heard this!
