As Air Quality gets bad in Autumn Season to early Winter , the emissions from Cement Factories around Khrew Pampore make it more worst. The J&K Pollution Control Committee-JKPCC must ensure Pollution Checking equipments as mandated by @CPCB_OFFICIAL are installed by all Cement Factories. Giving permission to set up these plants in mid 1990s was a blunder as its impact is felt now after 30 years. I wish we had been guided to develop our Horticulture Industry then ? We must always care about out future generations
