😂 One minute you want to learn toes-to-bar, next minute you’re investigating international grip supply chains. Anyone else?
“Marketing is harder than building” is doing the rounds right now.
Working on a DeFi product, I get it.
Crypto gives you plenty of shortcuts to distribution:
Airdrops.
Points farming.
Giveaways.
KOL armies.
Manufactured drama.
Take those away and try getting 100 people who genuinely have the problem you're solving to use your product.
Completely different game.
Building has become cheaper.
Real distribution hasn't.
Very grateful to be recognised by @SuperteamAU for this piece.
The report came from a simple question: what can a founder actually use when they’re building from Australia before they have a team, warm investor network or big legal budget?
Australia has support. The harder part is making it easier to navigate. 🫰
Huge W!

Australia has founder support.
Grants, R&D, accelerators, regulators, industry bodies, export programs, investor networks.
The problem is that none of it shows up in the order a founder actually needs it.
So I made a simple ecosystem map for my @SuperteamAU submission.
Not perfect. Not exhaustive.
Just a practical way to work out which door matters now.

ALT Figure 1, ecosystem map from “Build Here, Scale Everywhere”. It shows five founder stages: problem and customer, company and technical proof, pilot and compliance, capital and distribution, and international learning and scale. Each stage lists the question founders need to answer, the support worth checking, and the evidence they should carry before moving to the next step.
I just published my submission for @SuperteamAU’s Deep Dive on Australian innovation, investment and competitiveness.
Title: Build Here, Scale Everywhere
It is a founder field guide first, ecosystem report second.
The core question:
What can a founder actually use if they are building a digital economy company in Australia before they have a team, warm investor network or large legal budget?
I looked at:
founder support pathways
R&D and grants
regulatory friction
solo-builder gaps
AI, fintech and digital-assets pathways
Solana-specific support
the gap for non-Solana chain-native builders
international examples from Singapore, the UK, UAE, Hong Kong, EU and US
Australia has support.
The issue is that founders still have to assemble too much of the path themselves.

Immutable pivoting from Web3 games to AI marketing tools might sound logical on a pitch deck.
I’m not buying it yet.
Game publishing is brutally hard. Distribution, retention, UA, creator strategy and live ops are all expensive, messy problems with no magic AI button.
Publishers are not lining up to pay for unproven tooling from a company that still has not shown it can consistently ship and publish games people stick with.
Before selling the industry an AI growth platform, prove the playbook works on your own product.
Otherwise it’s another Web3 pivot dressed up as AI.

A crypto billionaire CEO begging another crypto billionaire to show divorce papers on X is peak 2025 comedy.
No one tells women this part:
Keto works… until you start training.
The moment you lift, do hypertrophy, HIIT, pump classes, or just live an active life, zero-carb stops being a diet and starts being a performance cap.
For women, low-carb + high training volume often means:
more fatigue
less strength
more cortisol
slower recovery
messed up hormones
Active women don’t need keto.
We need carb precision, not carb elimination.
Let his life teach him the lessons you already learned. Overheard this at the gym earlier, and it hit hard.
Quick PSA. If you’re building a trading app and don’t understand liquidity, depth, or TVL, you’re not building a trading app. You’re building a glorified pokie machine with candles.🎤
One clear lesson for 2025 that I've learnt is to only work with devs who can actually ship, who know exactly what they’re building, and who are genuinely passionate about the project. When those 3 things are missing, no amount of marketing, strategy, or effort can compensate.🫠
