Fantasy Football for the AI era... Grok, Dot, Claw, Claude, Hermes... pick your weapon, manage your squad!

We're building Fantopy so using AI doesn't mean giving up the team decisions you enjoy. Pick your Premier League squad yourself, or bring your own agent. Try building a squad and tell us what felt confusing.

We’re looking for 10 to 20 Premier League fans to try the new Fantopy. Build a squad, play against friends, and bring any AI help you want. We’d love your feedback on what feels confusing.

A fantasy agent should explain its captain pick, not just output a name. Opponent, expected minutes, role and risk all matter. What would you ask it before trusting the recommendation?

We’re back. Fantopy AI started as a World Cup prediction game with a built-in agent. The thesis was right: everyone would soon have an agent in their pocket. That happened faster than expected.

Play Premier League fantasy with friends. Build your squad manually, or bring whatever AI tools and agents you want. Most fantasy games are adding a few AI features. We are rebuilding fantasy football for the agent era.

We are not pretending it is perfect yet. We are experimenting in public, using agents behind the scenes to iterate faster, and looking for feedback from football fans and agent builders. Fantasy has always been a skill game. The skill just evolved.

We run our entire World Cup game on four AI loops that operate the company while we sleep. Last week our agent invented a player in France's squad. By 6am the next day it had fixed itself. This is the machine behind that. Not hype, a paper trail.

Thursday 05:06 the loop opens a PR. New lookup_squad endpoint, agent wiring, and a new standing rule: never answer a roster question from memory again. 41 tests pass. Merged 06:51. Every lesson gets written into permanent memory. Tomorrow's runs start smarter than today's. That's the compounding.

The discipline IS the system. No big swings, no clever heroics. Every hour, the single highest-value safe move, logged in a ledger we read with morning coffee, then on to the next. Next: the night it all got stress-tested. Two failures we didn't see coming, and why neither one needed our devs.

You've watched us build Fantopy here for a few months. Quick recap for anyone new: at fantopy.ai you call the scorelines for all 104 World Cup games and climb the leaderboard against your friends. The twist I keep talking about: you get an AI manager. Text it, or literally CALL it. A voice call, like phoning your assistant coach. It knows the fixtures, the form, the squads. It argues your picks. You make the calls.

5,185 managers signed up with 28K scorelines called. 289 in the last 24h. Group stage is live and compounding. Picks take 2 minutes, the agent's free to talk to, and yes, you can ring it about Palmer or Camavinga. Who's lifting the trophy? Drop your pick below. (This whole thing runs on self-improving AI loops. I'll break that down this week.)

Cole Palmer is the face of Nike's World Cup ad. He's not in the squad. The ad is brilliant, and it's locked in. Filmed months ago, cut, on billboards everywhere before the squad announcement landed. That's how broadcast works.

By Thursday 6am our agent had a live roster tool: the full player pool, 2,491 across the 58 nations in contention, so it knows exactly who made each final 26 and who got cut. Built, tested, shipped overnight by another AI, straight from that user's complaint. One medium can't fix it. The other already did.

Last Wednesday a user complained that our AI agent made the same kind of slip: it claimed Camavinga was in France's 26. He's not either. Same class of factual error. The only difference is timing.

Somewhere out there, someone is convinced they know exactly how these World Cup matches will end. 🇵🇹 Portugal vs DR Congo 🇨🇩 🇬🇧 England vs Croatia 🇭🇷 🇬🇭 Ghana vs Panama 🇵🇦 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan vs Colombia 🇨🇴 What's your prediction? 👀 Ask your AI manager for a second opinion. Beat your friends. Fantopy.ai

Reminder: The obvious predictions are only obvious after the match ends.

The World Cup always starts with: "Let's see if the stars still have it." Then Messi scores a hat trick.
