Just noticed there's a new reward campaign for @OndoPerps. There's $100k pool for keeping LOs on the book near market price. This just sounds like the perfect scenario for @tread_fi MM agent. Not counting running DNs and earning from $100k trading pool too.

Sold CSP on @ryskfinance for bitcoin:native at $77k strike price. @tread_fi Researcher suggestion: $77k strike offers 29.20% APR while remaining meaningfully below the key $79.2k support zone. $79.2k is the important near-term support cluster. The latest four-hour low was $79,167, almost exactly alongside the lower Bollinger band at $79,199. Momentum is weak but not deeply capitulated. Selling pressure is still present: CVD is net-selling and recent volume is only 48.57% of its 20-period average, so the decline has not yet shown a strong volume-backed reversal. This is not a low-risk setup: the four-hour trend is bearish, MACD and CVD remain negative. The put thesis would weaken materially if UBTC begins sustaining four-hour closes below $79.2k.

The biggest thing that stops me from emotional trading is simply doing other things besides watching my portfolio value 24/7. Out of sight, out of mind. The current me should not trying to destroy what the past me did. The past me already done the research, built the conviction, now current me just need to trust and hold.

Airdrops these days feel more like farming DeFi yields last cycle. What I mean is that you can basically crunch the numbers to come out with an expected airdrop allocation. While it's a nice multiple of the fees spent, it lacks that ecstatic feeling from getting an unexpected windfall. Good examples are from older airdrops like $ARB, $JTO, or $TIA. For those airdrops, you can do simple things like using the network, bridging, staking tokens, etc. Then on TGE, you check your allocation and suddenly you have 5-fig sitting there waiting to be claimed. Those were the days when the airdrop optimism peaked.

I think @extendedapp picked a good time to TGE $XTEN. The market going into EOY likely has a nice rally to finish off 2026. But first, we're going to see some down and sideways from farmers dumping their airdrops. Especially if bitcoin:native decides to take another dump in Nov. I'll scoop up some $XTEN if price dumps, since I think the venue itself is actually interesting.
The ticker is $XTEN. Coming November 2026. Tokenomics to follow from 31 October. This communication is not an offer to claim XTEN.

In the same vein as AXL, $PONS is another free DN I've been running for over a week now. Long @nadoHQ / Short @extendedapp. Since both exchanges are available on @tread_fi, you can use DN agent to enter with LOs to minimize fees and slippage. When you're looking at the chart though, it looks atrocious after a -75% retrace. This is where I'm expecting price to consolidate for another major move later.

I've 3x my initial DN size for ethereum:0x467719ad09025fcc6cf6f8311755809d45a5e5f3 since the start. Long @TxFlow_L1 / Short @variational_io. As far as free funding farm goes, this is pretty much it. Consistent ~78% APY. But you won't be able to size up too much, since OI on TxFlow is only ~$25k.
The $AXL DN is still printing. Funding on @TxFlow_L1 remains negative, and looks like it won't flip any time soon. I've doubled the notional size of each leg already. Once in a while, catching a free play like this make my weekly ROI goes up nicely.

I really appreciate this LP range overlay by @orca_so. For my ZEC/USDC LP, I can see exactly where my range is on the price chart. This makes it so much easier to set a range that I think price is likely staying in for a long time. The less rebalance I do, the more fees I earned.

I'm still not sure why transferring from Arbitrum → Solana through Standard CCTP takes 18 minutes. But if I go Arbitrum → HyperEVM → Solana, it only takes 5 seconds to arrive. Much better to just do that in the first place.

I think airdrop reward can be deduced down to 50% team, 25% PMF, and 25% market condition. If the project has great PMF and TGE in the right market condition, there's a very high ceiling for the airdrop reward for users. But that's where the 50% team comes in. A great team, like Hyperliquid, will be straightforward and give users 31% of the hyperliquid:native allocation at TGE. On the other hand, greedy teams will manufacture many different ways to reduce the airdrop as much as possible, while fattening insiders' pockets. We've seen so many examples of this that I won't even list them out. And so far, all the signs are pointing to @arcus_xyz being such a team. For all the hype and expectations about ex-DYDX team and previous big dydx-chain:native airdrop, they sure are trying to quietly do a lot of shady things in the background. It's only because of community pushback that they started reversing course. But you need to remember that when the time for TGE comes, there's nothing stopping them from extracting everything they can and screw over users. After all, nothing's going to happen to them. And they don't really care about how angry the community is when they have millions in their accounts.

The current perps narrative is resembling the L2 narrative of last cycle. You got a few big airdrops, so a lot of people start looking for the next big plays. More projects pop up too, with better funding and experienced teams, driving more hype than ever. But this is really the endgame though. It's not a coincidence that some projects like @arcus_xyz are trying to pull some shady stuff. They're just trying to extract before the hype fades. An apt comparison would be Arcus = @Scroll_ZKP. Your can see all the red flags, but you farm it anyway due to greed.

Opened $AXL DN. Long @TxFlow_L1 / Short @variational_io. Consistent spread, TxFlow funding hasn't flipped positive since September. Price is in a clear uptrend, which is great for funding rate farm.

I sold $78K CSP at 23.68% APR for Oct 23 expiry. It is ~4.0% below current bitcoin:native price, while sitting below the immediate $80-$81k support cluster and near the lower edge of the 4h support/volume region. Best balance of premium and assignment distance. I wouldn't mind buying Bitcoin at that strike price if we head lower next week.

I was wondering why I didn't see @arcus_xyz as an option on @tread_fi. Turned out I needed to log out first, then when I logged back in the frontend already updated. Arcus is available now. I will be using Tread to automate DNs, have been manually running these trades for the past week or so.
Arcus (@arcus_xyz) is now available to trade on @tread_fi. There will be no builder fees for the first few weeks.

I have a cash secured put on bitcoin:native at $82k strike, expiring tomorrow. I actually don't mind buying Bitcoin at this price. But I'd prefer having the capital ready to buy alts when we dip further. Next time, I need to use @tread_fi Researcher agent to identify optimal strike prices first before buying.

A big mistake I made with LPing solana:6GmAFSYs4gk3FDao5FzzySQpPZaWsa4rUJHacpMpUNgx is that I compounded the fees back into the LP. While compounding is great when price is moving up, it works negatively when price goes down. For volatile LP, holding more of the same pairs mean the drawdown will be more severe. Instead, if I've harvested the fees to USDC, I would have the flexibility to deposit it back in now and reduce the drawdown from -68% to just -30%. A lesson for the next correction.

Closing my $RAY DN. Price fell since my last post about this. I have a general rule of reducing 50% of my DN positions when price is ±80% from entry. Although for this case, I'll be getting out now. I want to see some stability first before getting back in.
A solid DN for the past week has been $RAY. Long @variational_io / Short @TxFlow_L1. Very consistent funding spread and low volatility. The token has been in an uptrend since August, but price is break down below the 21 MA. So we'll likely be seeing some volatility coming soon. For now, I'm increasing my exposure every time fundings converge.

I wonder at this point if it's better to just YOLO DeFi with a hot wallet for everything. At least with a hot wallet, I'm extra careful in doing things due to the inherent risk. With Ledger, there's a false sense of safety that because it's a hardware wallet, so I can afford to slack off on OPSEC a little. I also tend to keep more funds in a hardware wallet due to old habits, but I'm going to change that now. You really can't just leave your crypto wallets the same way you do a stock account.
