I've dealt w/ many business suppliers but none worse than @BTBusiness. Technician failed to arrive on agreed date, 2 additional failed orders, 10+ hours wasted on dysfunctional call centre. Every promise - broken. Over 2 months to install broadband. Find any possible alternative!

Just handed in #OurPlasticFeedback to @sainsburys asking them to continue delivering great products but w/o the PLASTIC. Manager accepted our plastic & said they're introducing new paper bags to replace plastic. We need to keep the pressure up and continue the #WarOnPlastic
