A bright side to no longer working FurCon was that I could finally work on my career and had much better work/life balance. Expectations were very high for the convention, and it often felt like another full time job.

After all that had happened, in 2019 after my year as chair of FC, and after @corviphagy had been abused by a board member, we both offered to answer questions or train up replacements (we still wanted the convention to succeed) but we were met with radio silence.
