FENRO is a term credit market on Solana for the memecoins you would rather keep than sell.
Borrowers
Lock your tokens, pick a term of 6h, 24h or 72h, and receive SOL or USDC in one transaction. Repay before maturity and the same tokens come back.
Lenders
Fund a quote on the token, amount and flat interest you choose. You collect principal plus interest, or the collateral if the loan is not repaid.
A price drop does not end a FENRO loan. The clock does. There is no liquidation line for a wick to cross before maturity.
The risk sits with the lender who chose it. An unpaid loan hands that lender the collateral, and it can be worth less than what they lent.
Hold 1,000,000 $FENRO and every loan you open costs 25% less to open.

A FENRO loan gets more time from a new lender, not from an automatic roll.
From Positions, a borrower picks a funded quote on the same collateral and rematches before maturity. In one transaction, the new lender's principal pays out the old lender and the collateral moves to the new loan's vault.
The rematch fee is 0.25% of the new principal, and a Fee Pass cuts it the same way it cuts the opening fee.
The first mainnet rematch is already on the record. No loan gets extended without new terms both sides agreed to.

Market Stats is built, and in end-to-end testing before it ships to the live app.
It reads loans, repayments, claims, collateral activity and program fees directly from the chain, and puts them on one public page.
Each figure comes from program accounts and transactions you can open on Solscan.
Opening the page on fenro.pro is the next step.

How to borrow on FENRO, start to finish.
Pick a funded quote on the Market Board for a token you hold, with a term of 6h, 24h or 72h.
Sign once. Your tokens lock and SOL lands in your wallet in the same transaction.
Repay before maturity and the same tokens come back.
If a loan is not repaid by maturity, the lender takes the collateral, and it can be worth less than the loan.

Market Stats come next on FENRO.
One public page will read the market straight from the chain: loans opened, loans repaid, collateral claimed, collateral activity by token, and the fees the program collected.
The page reads on-chain records only, so anyone can check each figure against Solscan instead of trusting a dashboard.
The market keeps its own score in the open.

The first Borrow Request on FENRO mainnet went from open to funded to filled, run from our own proof wallets.
The borrower signed a request on the Market Board: $BONK collateral, a 6h term and 0.8% interest. A lender funded a quote at exactly those terms.
The borrower took it with a Fee Pass, paying a 0.375% opening fee, then repaid before maturity and got the collateral back in full.
Every step is on Solscan, from the funded quote to the repayment.

You can borrow on FENRO right now.
The Quote Desk has funded quotes against $BONK, $WIF and GTA6. Every one is a 6h term with a flat interest written in the quote. Lock the collateral, receive SOL in one transaction, and repay before the clock to get the same tokens back.
These first quotes are funded by the team as the first lender. Anyone can post their own quote next to them.

Borrow Requests are live on FENRO.
A borrower signs one request with the terms: collateral token and amount, principal, a term of 6h, 24h or 72h, and the interest. It goes up on the Market Board.
Lenders read the open requests and fund the ones they accept, at exactly those terms. FENRO shows the funded quote to the requester first, but on chain any wallet can take it.
The loan then runs like every FENRO loan. A lender who funds a request carries the outcome if it is not repaid.

Every loan FENRO opens leaves a receipt anyone can read.
Receipts shows the collateral, the principal, the flat interest, the maturity and how the loan ended, repaid or claimed.
Each line links its transaction on Solscan, so the record can be checked against the chain.
Lenders use it to price the next quote. Borrowers use it to show they repay.

Two sides, one clock.
Holding a token you want to keep? Open a Borrow Ticket, pick a funded quote, and receive SOL or USDC now.
Holding SOL and a price you would take a token at? Fund a quote on the Quote Desk and name your interest.
Both sides see the same terms before they sign, and both get a receipt when it ends.

Repay a FENRO loan whenever your trade is done.
Some fixed-term lending charges a penalty for paying back early. On FENRO the interest is a flat amount set in the quote, so an early repay costs the same as a late one.
Close it an hour in or a minute before maturity. The collateral comes back in the same transaction as the repayment.
Shorter loans, same price, clear exit.

Borrow Requests are built, and now in end-to-end testing before mainnet.
A borrower posts the terms in one signed request: collateral token and amount, principal, term and interest. Lenders see open requests on the Market Board and fund the ones they accept.
Funding creates a public quote with exactly those terms. FENRO shows it to the requester first, but on chain any wallet can take it.
When the loan opens, it runs on the same clock with the same two endings as every FENRO loan.

The Holder Vault is open, and the first $FENRO stake is already in its warm-up.
Stake $FENRO from the token page. After a 7-day warm-up, your stake earns a time-weighted share of 25% of FENRO's net service revenue each week.
The first weekly payout comes next, funded from the fee vault in one public transaction.
Unstaking starts a 7-day cooldown, and anything already earned stays yours to claim.

Borrow Requests come next on FENRO.
Today a borrower takes a quote a lender already funded. Next, a borrower can post a request first: the collateral token, how many tokens, the principal, a term of 6h, 24h or 72h, and the interest they will pay.
Lenders read open requests and fund the ones whose terms they accept. A lender who funds one still carries the outcome if it is not repaid.
Holders set the ask. Lenders choose what to fund.

The first rematch on FENRO mainnet is done.
From the receipt screen, an open loan against $BONK moved to a new lender's quote in one transaction. The old lender was repaid principal plus interest in full, and the collateral moved from the old vault to the new one untouched.
The rematch fee was 0.25%, cut to 0.1875% by a Fee Pass. The new loan was then repaid, and the collateral came back in full.
More time, by contract, with a new counterparty.

USDC quotes are live on FENRO.
The first two are up: 6h quotes in USDC against $BONK and $WIF, each with collateral worth about twice the principal and a flat interest of 0.75%. Both were funded by the team as the first lender.
Any lender can now post a USDC quote of their own: pick the collateral, the principal in USDC, the term and the flat interest.
Borrowers repay in USDC before maturity. If a loan is not repaid, the lender takes the collateral, and it can be worth less than the USDC lent.

$FENRO is the discount on every loan FENRO opens.
Each loan pays a 0.50% opening fee on the principal. Hold 1,000,000 $FENRO in the borrowing wallet and that fee drops to 0.375%.
The program reads your balance inside the borrow transaction itself. The balance is the pass.
The more you borrow on FENRO, the more the pass is worth holding.

The first token requested by a user is now collateral on FENRO.
GTA6 came in through Open listings, passed the server checks, and was listed on chain about three and a half minutes after the request.
4kjruqGHDsSqkMdFfCjV7Vb62HPFhtXyWc2t6JpQzDnz
What the checks read: the largest SOL or USDC pool at $660,274, the largest wallet at 3.58%, the top 10 wallets at 17.09%, and mint and freeze authority both renounced.
Lenders can now quote against it on the Quote Desk. They still price the risk of the token they take.

Before you borrow, see what is actually funded.
Market Board lists the live quotes by collateral token: the principal waiting, the term, the flat interest and how many tokens back it.
Each token on the board also shows its listing checks, including pool depth, holder concentration and whether anyone can still mint or freeze it.
Lenders read it to price. Borrowers read it to choose.
