After we landed in New Delhi, we were informed that one of our suitcases had not arrived due to faulty tagging by the Singapore Airlines ground staff at Bali. The suitcase contained my wife's skincare products which are essential for her regimen and any interruption in it causes extreme hardship and inconvenience. The suitcase arrived after a couple of days, and adding insult to our injury, its handle was broken. I immediately raised a complaint and the bag was picked up by the Airlines after a couple of days. After picking up the suitcase, the airlines kept my suitcase for almost 3 weeks before informing me that it was beyond repair and that they would be giving us a new suitcase. The suitcase which was delivered to me was of inferior quality and did not have a TSA lock, which is why I refused to accept its delivery. I again raised a complaint explaining this issue and requesting another suitcase of superior quality that matched the specifications and standard of the bag which got damaged by Singapore Airlines. We have undergone immense hardship, inconvenience, anguish and mental agony, and still no sight of any resolution whatsoever. The staff at Singapore Airlines is inconsiderate, insensitive and unbothered about its customers.
