i believe if you work hard you should make it in this world. i am not one that believes in trickle down economics though because corporations can be greedy and not pay good workers fair wages even though they work well, but i also dont think we should give our money to junkies

The fact the ndp ever won to begin with is astonishing but thats what we get with liberal minded voters

RUMOR: Sony is said to have sent out a survey to developers asking them about how they feel regarding ending physical media, suggesting they are considering backtracking on the decision🚀
“There is a survey Sony sent out to developers that is, what I was told by my contacts, a bigger survey than they’ve sent almost ever before.
There was a question in it trying to ask in a not-direct way: Is there an issue with not selling games physically, asking developers for feedback on killing discs.
Wolverine is still selling plenty of physical copies and Sony is starting to ask devs if they are worried about killing physical, suggesting that if they got a bunch of feedback, maybe they would consider some sort of mea culpa.”
WE NEED TO KEEP THE PRESSURE!
BE LOUD 💪🏼 BE PERSISTENT
All of us together, PlayStation, Xbox’s, Nintendo, PC, Retro gamers!❤️💚💙🖤🤍

Can't we all just get along 🙏
Gamers who want better ownership rights, fair pricing, and the choice to buy physical games are not your enemies.
We have far more in common with each other than we do with the billion-dollar corporations making these decisions.
So why are gamers fighting each other over digital vs. physical?
If you prefer digital, that's great. Buy digital. Enjoy it. But why get angry at someone who wants to keep buying physical games?
What do you gain by taking that choice away from them?
Physical gamers aren't asking digital gamers to stop buying digital. We're simply asking for the choice to continue buying physical games. And that choice benefits everyone by keeping competition and consumer options alive.
At VGP, we believe gamers should unite, not fight. Don't defend a corporation's business decisions as if they're your own. Stand up for what benefits you as a consumer.
Because once physical gaming is gone, getting it back won't be easy.
NO DISC 💿 NO BUY.

New fearmongering tries to protect Sony.
Following a new anti-harassment policy, people want you to believe that Sony will sue you for commenting. Protesting peacefully and voicing your criticism in a respectful way is not harassment, though!

Not having a physical disk for gta 6 and the end of disk production by sony in 2028 is a huge blow to preservation if digital rights laws are not amended

As someone who has played on mostly PlayStation for my life, I promise if Xbox still has discs on their next system, I will never buy another PlayStation again.
What a disgrace man
Sony says "reasonable consumers" know they don’t own the digital PlayStation games they buy.
It argues that it's "not plausible" to suggest that when they buy a digital game they actually believe they're "obtaining ownership" of it.
