Hayao Miyazaki on modern anime, via Roland Kelts the author of 'Japanamerica' "Hayao Miyazaki said to me at one point: 'The problem with young anime artists today is that the only thing they study is anime. When we were young, we studied French literature, we studied impressionism, we read Dostoevsky. We swallowed everything. And then we went and created original anime. But if you grow up and all you watch is anime, you're just regurgitating spinning wheels.'" He also spoke about his work on the upcoming documentary 'Tezuka! God of Manga'

23 years ago today, Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003) premiered on Cartoon Network! Created by Genndy Tartakovsky, the animated series bridged the gap between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, delivering some of the most memorable action sequences in Star Wars history. From General Grievous' awesome introduction to Mace Windu taking on an entire droid army, it gave us unforgettable moments and expanded on characters with limited film screen time. Even after more than two decades, it remains one of the finest pieces of Star Wars animation ever made. What was your favourite part of this series?

People with autism & ADHD age late. We do things late. Our frontal lobe doesn't develop until our mid 30s in many cases (as opposed to the neurotypical norm of age 25). We also have baby faces & childlike mannerisms for life while somehow possessing the wisdom of an ancient sage. So if you don't feel like your age, remember you have eternal youth compared to neurotypicals
