On top of that blocked pavement so I can’t leave my Road. Unlike everyone else who is stepping around barrier. I kid you not I have to wave and blow a whistle to alert them on scaffold to let me in & out. Failed 3 times already. Just for lack of ramp! Where are the rules?

They finally started cladding work on our block. But have blocked off front exit with barriers both sides. Forcing you to step into road. Of course no ramp provided. Make two complaints no one is listening. We have a back door to our carpark but the

Point of two exits is should one be blocked we have a second door. Well everyone but not me. Sick of having to fight access all time.

Don’t want play chicken till the next road so stuck in this morning. Blocking dropped curbs, garages and parking fully on the pavement!! Why do van drivers think above the law? @WatesGroup

Ironically the hassle today over the textphone is excatly why I do have to resort to get people to pretend to Be me in the first place. You couldn’t make it up. Double bonus points if the text phone operator is a man and you are a women. #imposter.

Another day wasted because I’m disabled. Cheers @IcelandFoods still have a cracking stress headache. Still no order and no answer. But if I could use the phone you would sorted this 6.5hours ago!! A blip for you maybe a regular nightmare for me. It’s 2024 and disabled people

@IcelandFoods hi can you help. Had a member of your head office refuse to help me because I use a text phone. She refuse to go through standard security questions as it might not be me! Don’t want wait 4 days for email reply when phone does instant.

I know this would be an issue. The store picked up twice then hung up when text phone. Don’t expect them to know any better. But customer service at head office yes I bloody do.

Had a mini panic attack passing job centre today. I don’t have any anxiety or mental health issues. This is purely due to Tories & news. Well done for making those who’s life is already really difficult that much more stressful. When is the next election?

Year yet we now have to get the lm like restricted drugs and be treated like we are a criminal. I’ve got supply for now but looking to the future. No point saying provisions for disabled people have been made it no pharmacy wants the extra trouble of doing. Before anyone gives

The lecture. YES I have tried every other straw going and for lots of reasons they don’t work good enough for me. I can use plastic syringe everyday but a plastic straw seems to be a bridge to far

Got new fire door down to carpark. Can’t open it at all. Far to heavy to reach over knees & toes plus need 1 hand on release button so it’s a 1 hand job. Never mind when also trying push it whilst holding a bag of rubbish. Once again put to small handle on so that needs changing

Hi @pa_housing can you refer this on please. They did the same last year. You would expect a fire expert company to fit handles everyone can use as standard. It’s really not fair to add more disabled admin onto residents because soemone had failed to plan properly.

Out of the 4 escape routes out of the carpark I can only use 1 if I have my key fob. So that’s good in an emergncy then. 2 blocked by cars so not even space for my chair. One to heavy. One with button to high up so need key fob. It’s like they really want us to escape

Even if door gets looser in time I need to reverse back down a ramp while pulling door toward me so hand need drop down the handle near bottom of door. Why are they fitting residential homes with offices type. Let’s assume kids & disabled people are everywhere. Spoiler they are.

Have to love it when you ring an advertise text phone number on your text phone. And get told “this is a disaster response line please add your 4 digit code” what have I rung? Why don’t text line work 90% of the time? it’s like we have them but they got unplugged in 1982 & no one
