@lenovo_UKI I'm having a really frustrating experience with CS. One of your SMB sales guys has gone above and beyond. But even he can't get CS to do their job. What hope have I got!

Update time!
TLDR; It's now been a whole week since I contacted @lenovo_UKI and *nothing* has happened.
After many phone calls and emails. Apparently a mysterious logistics team have fixed the problem, but guess what? They haven't.
The parcel is still stuck in a @UPS warehouse in Hungary. I'm no closer to receiving my £5,000 new workstation.
So @UPS just called in reply to my email. They let me know the parcel is cleared for export. Great customer service!
Still nothing from @lenovo_UKI. I doubt I'll get any replies now. Poor customer experience.

Change Management's very existence is the business response to traditional IT disrupting revenue.
It is really Change Prevention.
But now if orgs don't continually change, they fail to meet users expectations and can fail.
Where's the business need for Change Management now?

Kudos to @facebook for giving us a very real demonstration of why the move to a decentralised Web 3 is necessary and, indeed, inevitable.
