Very happy to see $APP up +32% today, unfortunately everything else in this market is a flaming pile of shit.
Considering that $APP just grew revenues by +55% YoY and earnings by 68% YoY... I asked Claude which other companies in the $QQQ (ie Nasdaq-100) are also growing this fast... here's the list:
$NVDA
$AVGO
$PLTR
$SNDK
$MU
$STX
$TER
$ALAB
...which means $APP is the only non-AI stock in the Nasdaq-100 that is growing revs and earnings at these levels... if you included their 84% ebitda margins they are literally 1-of-1
With that said, it's not fair that $APP is still trading at a ~33% discount to the Nasdaq-100 P/E multiple... especially after management continues to say they will keep compounding revenues at ~30% per year for many years to come... as ecommerce (ie consumer) starts to move the needle and then they potentially move into CTV which Adam keeps mentioning but no clear strategy or product yet.
$APP deserves to trade at ~24x NTM EPS which puts fair value at ~$500 per share which means the stock is still ~40% undervalued
