Love @ADHD_Alien
When I got my diagnosis, I promised myself that i’d be more open with what’s going on in the hope it helped others have a voice.
Burnout is real.
Luckily I have more tools & support now but it’s still a hard pattern to break.

If people have to burn the midnight oil to get ahead, you're promoting a culture of burnout.
Sacrificing family, friends, health & hobbies isn't a badge of honor. It's a sign of an unhealthy workplace.

“We cannot seem to escape the desire to feel productive with our time. I’m not sure if that’s by choice or by trauma.” - @jonnysun in #goodbyeagain
(Maybe it’s trauma which leads to choice due to fear of the consequences of an absence of productivity). #burnout
