Meetings are a usually a bug.
If you properly root cause them, you will find a trust issue, a clarity issue, or a missing API. Meetings can paper over these, but it’s much better to fix root cause.

debugging strategy: write down what you've learned

ALT debugging strategy: write down what you've learned I don't usually write things down. But when things get bad, I get super confused: me: wait, what did that error message I saw 2 hours ago say again exactly?? me: did I already try this??? Keeping a document where I write down the results of my experiments makes it WAY easier to stay on track It also makes it easier to ask for help if I need to!

I think the community needs a more minimal controller with fewer moving parts to handle this use case.
