The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 didn't just ask for a presidential winner. Article 138(4) demands 50%+1 and 25% in more than half the counties. Let's do the math on 2027. Only one aspirant has the national spread to clear that bar. The rest are just registering vehicles for negotiation.
Compensated But Still waiting
A section of victims of protest violence and their families are now demanding a personal meeting with President Ruto,
Saying financial compensation alone is not enough.
The compensation panel continues to visit affected families to deliver the Head of State’s apology.
