I’m curious why we are putting down women who are speaking up? It’s okay to have a shaky voice. This is a weirdly negative piece - and I’d like to know WHY. These women worked hard and raised money and GOT IT DONE.
USE YOUR VOICE EVEN WHEN IT SHAKES!!!

Before @GovTimWalz took the stage at #MinnPostFest, we had to ask him what his Roman Empire was.
It turns out the governor often thinks about the sinking of the Endurance in Antarctica and the amazing two-year survival of Ernest Shackleton and his crew.

🌀It's that time of year 🌀
While the overall forecast for the tropics suggests an active season, make sure that you are only consuming and sharing information from TRUSTED and RELIABLE sources💯
Know that if a credible threat develops, we will share info about it #flwx

ALT Things to keep in mind this hurricane season: computer generates forecasts may show a hurricane impacting an area several days into the future. These graphics seldom provide explanantion or, at times, ever become a reality. Know where your into is coming and ensure it is a reliable source. if there is a realistic threat in the area, the NWS will post about it.
So so so proud! Although I’m not ready for you to leave 🥺

You are one of the first people to see the seafloor below about 590 meters (~1935 ft) of ice at KIS-3 on the margin of the Ross Ice Shelf.
How incredibly cool is that?!
