When Tiera was struggling mentally, she turned to Foundry Abbotsford and was able to see a counsellor the same day she came in. Tiera credits Foundry for still being here today and wants to make sure all youth have access to the same walk-in counselling.

happy motivational Monday. we always have it in our head that we have to get everything done but the trust is you don't. if its to much for one day its OK to leave the rest for the next day. specially when you're a mom, your house is always dirty no matter what.
