I've looked at the feedback and it has boiled down to this:
1. She withdrew the money from Clash, which proves that the money is hers
2. Why did we accept her deposits in the first place without requesting additional documents?
3. What happens to the money that you keep if someone fails KYC? And why don't you at least refund their initial deposit?
4. Why did you stay silent all this time and not address it before?
I will answer
1. Crypto transactions from a website that does not do AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks is not a legitimate source of wealth. If we accepted this source of wealth, the burden is not on Clash, it is on us - we would be criminally liable if someone was laundering money through our platform this way. Also, we need to be certain that the female on the ID provided is the true person who has earned this money through legitimate ways, and that this isn't a case of third-party identity fraud. In order to verify this we need evidence that this female has earned money by receiving bank statements, payslips or crypto exchange investments in the name of the female that match up to the amounts that have been deposited. This is to prevent crimes, otherwise someone could steal $100k from someone, deposit it onto Clash, withdraw it from Clash, and clean their money this way. HypeDrop does not allow money laundering, which is why we asked for these extra documents.
2. People can deposit any amount of money to their crypto deposit wallet address, and the money can be sent from any crypto wallet, we have no control over this, and all customers would agree that they wouldn't like to have their account locked after every single deposit with us asking where they got their money from. Their previous deposits and withdrawals went unnoticed because they were relatively small and approved by our teams. However, a $3.9m withdrawal will not go unnoticed, and we will not process that amount of money until we know that the original source of the funds were not proceeds of a crime and that they were legitimate, which is why we ask for corroborating evidence to prove this. Since adding automatic KYC on HypeDrop, you cannot deposit more than $1000 if you are not KYC'd and your deposit/games/withdraw will be locked until validated.
3. The money is held to reimburse victims of the crimes through police investigations and court proceedings. Out of principle and good morales we would never return the money to someone that is a scammer unless the police instructed us to do so, we prefer to keep it so that it is available to be returned to the victims.
4. We are not the type of company to go to Twitter for any kind of drama, we prefer to deal with things privately with the customer as this is more respectful. Regrettably we have had to in this case, because of the amount of lies that have been spread about us. And we did put a message out to our community about this case months ago, and the situation is no different from before.

Vouch doesn’t mean 1 deal mitao, vouch literally means he can use your name and go around and ask people for deals on your behalf. Vouch in Chinese is 保证人,literally means you are “sponsoring” him. Don’t let other people use your name so easily.
